I guess that's not a bad reason to get into a regular meditation practice, right?
Larry — yes, meditation is one sure fire way to train your brain - or retrain it back to where it was before we got hooked on our devices! Sometimes I just try to remember what that was like!
On that note, Amy, I occasionally refer to my iPhone as a "dopamine delivery device." Anyway, the learning curve with meditation is so very slow ... but it's about process, not outcome, right?
